The MR Series Large Format Fiber Laser Cutting Machine is designed for high-precision cutting of extra-large metal sheets with stable and efficient performance. Built with a robust gantry structure and advanced ground-rail transmission system, it ensures consistent accuracy even over long working distances.
Powered by a high-performance fiber laser source (12 kW to 80 kW), the machine delivers fast cutting speeds, clean edges, and reliable output for heavy-duty industrial applications. Its extra-large working area allows processing of oversized sheets, making it ideal for large-scale production.
Equipped with an intelligent remnant reuse system, it helps optimize material utilization and reduce wastage. The machine also features advanced safety protection, a separate workbench and transmission design for better stability, and advanced bevel cutting technology for complex cutting requirements.

Machine Frame and worktable adoptsintegrated welding made as standard large machine after stress relief annealing, machining on plano miller and then the vibration aging treatment. These sequence of processing of frames makes it high strength, high precision and keep the normal use of 20 years without deformation.
